Why Doesn't al-Qaeda Attack the US?
by Michael Scheuer
With daily television coverage of suicide car-bomb attacks, ambushes, drive-by shootings, stabbings, and other Intifada-type attacks around the world, the question arises as to why al-Qaeda does not stage such small-scale but deadly operations in the United States. From Washington and the presidential campaign trail comes a cocky, multi-part answer: our massive homeland security spending has worked; al-Qaeda is on the run and hiding; and/or the U.S. military is fighting the Islamists in Iraq and Afghanistan so they cannot come to America. There may be a mite of truth in each claim, but the correct answer would be frankly to acknowledge that al-Qaeda would have no trouble mounting the kind of attacks made against Israel in America – guns, cars, militant Muslims, and open borders for other needs are all readily available – but that, at this time, it has no interest in staging Intifada-type attacks in the United States.
There are at least three solid reasons why al-Qaeda is not running an Intifada-like campaign in the United States:
1) Because al Qaeda is a fake terror group actually made up of Neocon/Zionist agents of a global terror protection racket.
2) Because they are waiting for maximal election effect, i.e. an "October Surprise" to whisk McCain/Lieberman into office with a renewed mandate to combat (fake) terrorism.
3) They are waiting for disinfo shills like Michael Scheuer to finish laying the propaganda groundwork to ensure all political factions know what to tell their respective sheep to think in preparation for the "next 9/11".

I hate that I wasted my
I hate that I wasted my precious time reading his "Imperial Hubris". But how could I know the guy was disinfo at the time? I didn't stumble onto the 9/11 question until I decided to read up on the shanksville plane crash because I was positive the plane was shot down and the hero story was contrived. Scheuer is a grade A scum bag intel operative.
Scheuer on Bin laden/Al-Qaeda as assets and the 10/10/01 event
Check out what Scheuer says about Bin Laden and Al-Qaeda as assets. and how he responds to the information about the 10/10/01 apparently interrupted Israeli false-flag at the Mexican Parliament.

Bin Laden can put 80's quality home audio out with the best of 'em, but he is a novice when it comes to video. that's why he is still alive and will strike soon. buy phosphate!
The most important part of the equation
The most important part of the equation - thank you for starting your critique with it - is that Al Qaeda does not really exist, and
that it is nothing else but an extension of intelligence operations
carried out by the Governments of the US, UK, Israel, Pakistan, Turkey,
Saudi Arabia (and we could throw in a few more "for the pot" like
Germany, Italy, etc.).
In addition to the State, in this day and age, the "private sector"
(Corporate Capital) owns, controls and operates a humongous network of
covert and overt intelligence operations spanning the whole
globe which are part and parcel of the machine that generates death and
lies to maintain the mythology called "Al Qaeda".
But another question nags the reader, not only the Truther, but also
the anti-imperialist and even the Libertarian reader who follows the
materials at the website http://www.antiwar.com :
Why did the editor republish that article by Michael Scheuer, a self-confessed 22-year
veteran of the CIA, without a single comment? Everywhere in the
entire world, throughout all media of expression such as audio, video,
print, webpage, tv, film, etc (including this website), it is
understood that if an editorial decision is made to re-publish
something making it available to the wide public and if the material is
at odds with the general views of the editorial group, then this will
be clarified throughqualifying statements that clearly express any
reservations or disagreements so that the act of publication does
will not be misunderstood as conveying any implied agreement or
promotion of the material.
The political landscape is wide and complex. We need a compass to
navigate every region of it. Even things that seem the most obvious can
turn out to be their exact opposite.
