Fringe: "Unscheduled Controlled Demolition"

The TV show Fringe is a guilty pleasure of mine and I saw that this week's episode was up for discussion at 911blogger. In this scene, a building disappears into an alternate reality and one agent notes that "conspiracy nuts are going to have a field day."

"conspiracy nuts are going to have a field day."
Gee, I wonder why. Buildings disappear into alternate realities every day.
Is this a lame attempt to
Is this a lame attempt to make the general public believe that a controlled demolition results in... nothing?
i think the idea may be...
first, to link the idea of controlled demolition with conspiracy nuts (normally people associate the idea of controlled demolition with buildings and explosives)
second, to plant the suggestion in viewers' minds that sometimes things that look like controlled demolitions can actually have different causes (in the show, alternate realities, in reality, airplane crashes)
It sure seems that lots of people in the entertainment industry seem to have an interest in poo-pooing crucial elemnents of the 9/11 fraud... how much does anyone want to bet that when the truth comes out they will claim that all their snarky references to conspiracy nuts were in fact veiled hints at the truth--the only things they could get "past the censors", etc. as their defense?
